I work in a warehouse you ignorant fukk. And I got drug tested just to get the job. I can limit myself to 4 days a week max.

they're not going to continuously drug test you for your shytty warehouse job breh I guarantee you 95% of the people there smoke weed

also, depends how much you're drinking everyday and why you're drinking. If you're having a beer or two a day, I don't see anything wrong. But if you're getting drunk every day then thats a problem.

well in that case hopefully he can get it straightened ou/slow down before his 30's. Heavy drinking for too long will cause the body to need it to function, all the while killing itself. There are a few exceptions though/depends on how your built. I have relatives in old age/and friends still drinking heavy/showing no ill effects.

No matter what you do, alcohol will always catch up to you. In the meantime make sure you exercise, eat healthy, take vitamins, and drink lots of water when you aren't boozing. Coconut water will keep you hydrated (booze de-hydrates you bad). If you're boozing to get shytfaced every night than nothing can really help you. Like dudes said, smoke weed. Warehouse jobs don't test after you get hired. Grab some dry piss online and keep it in your locker at work just in case they do randomly call you up.

eat a banana every morning then take a multi vitaman and fish oil and a B-complex vitamin, drink at least a gallon of water a day. eat clean foods.

workout, dont take tylonel when you drink or the day after it ruins your liver.

you really dont want to drink for than 3 times a week though.

Heavy drinking can cause malnutrition since alcohol has no nutritional value and people tend to replace meals with alcohol. And malnutrition makes you more susceptible to alcohol-related conditions such as having liver damage.

So if you're not going to drink less, a multivitamin would probably be a good idea. That and a good diet.
