I live in the St. Pete/Tampa area....Tampa I've never really had a problem with, only got pulled over once (because if a glitch about my registration, and the cop was black. He was cool though)....
Now St. Pete....I stay out of Kenneth City, they'll fukk with you for ANYTHING over there (I'm talkin they be pulling people over for "dirty windshields", any excuse to harass you); I live in Seminole, and the cops over here are pretty lax (they've only pulled me over for traffic violations, bu tthey weren't dikks about it or anything).....
NYPD/LAPD, I don't even have to go into how they roll....well at least for the MOST part...

Alot of lapd cops are former gang bangers. Look at their hands when they pull you over and check for tatto marks near their thumbs. I asked dude like *yo you're a cop? wtf is that on your hand* hes like
