Should MLB abolish the on-deck circle?

They need to move it back and they need to enforce the rules about standing in the on deck. Didn't see that play, but I've seen plenty of times where they are outside the circle and close to the plate

All they need to do is take it back to what you had to do in little league. You use the on deck circle behind the batter!

Harvey's arm fell off long before the drugs had a chance to hit. Doc had a good 6 years before the drugs did him in. Fernandez could have won at least 2 cy youngs if he didn't get on that boat
