Then for the life of me I don't know why anyone in life would choose this terrible ass weather. I hate the heat but freezing, wet nasty ass cold ain't too much better.

Better gun laws, taxes, cost of living, job market ect... Down there. Only thing people say is bad down there is the traffic but the shyt ain't too much better up here.

Any place you can ride around with a gauge on the passenger seat like its nothing cant be too bad

One of my best friends out here from the Chi and he's cooler than I am.

No bullshyt, dude holds it down for his fam

And his mom was one of the nicest and REALEST women I ever met. She told me some shyt before I left to the military that changed my life...

She was like "don't ever be afraid to show your beautiful smile..."

Ever since then I cut out that bullshyt and smile about everything.. She was a great women. Her and my moms was close too.

Chi people have always been cool af in my opinion. I wouldn't mind living there but if you got a choice as a young single person not from there, Houston is the way to go
I'd much rather live in Chicago as a young single person. Houston is wayyyyy too spread out.
And h town has more of a 'family' vibe. Which is good for, well....families but not for a young bachelor (ette). Plus chicago has better public transit

:whoa: maywood was where I lived for like the first 9 years of my life. shyt is kinda run down to be honest.

My moms n her fam grew up in Maywood back in the 70s n 80s. She said it was chill, great, progressive black neighborhood. Well atleast it used to be :mjcry:.

My ex GD uncle bang'd pretty hard back then tho, sold crack, weed n shyt out the living room n shyt:francis:.

I still got fam there, always did. I dunno how old you are but are you familar with the Flemings:ohhh:. They apparently were pretty well known out t here

You won't lose in either one I'm guessing. I've been to both but spent more time in Chicago. Weather is in favor of Houston of course. You can find the type of woman you want in either one. Lake Michigan or the Gulf of Mexico........you choose.

houston.
houston has better weather, but that shyt is too spread out for my taste. just like LA.

not tryin to live somewhere, where you gotta drive 2 hours just to get across town for work :aicmon:

also houston is lacking in public transportation.
Yea public transportation is a bytch. If you don't have a car, you're pretty much a sitting duck.

I've met a lot of folks lately that have moved from Chicago and they haven't complained one bit about the city
