Anywhere near Haverstock, Homestead, Greenpoint, 5th Ward, Trinity Gardens, Northwood Manor and anything on the Southeast

Come down here and visit or use the hell out of Google map street view. You can be in a good area and right across the street it turns into some 3rd world shyt.!The areas you listed are good though just stay the hell out of 5th ward and basically anywhere on the north side unless it’s outside of the Sam Houston tollway.
If you want to be around middle class black people go to Missouri city area. The areas you listed are filled with gentrifying cacs

3rd ward isn’t nearly what it used to be. Good and bad, no black people really live there anymore since the whites drove up the tax base and pushed blacks out.

It be white folks jogging by the Saint Arnold's brewery but they don't go far cuz when you cross them tracks it's a whole different environment.
