Crowd sourcing the shares of his company to buy up property in our historic neighborhoods is a genius idea. Apparently he already closed the deal on the properties too.

I just wish someone would apply the same idea in 4th ward and studewood, because those are some of the most important neighborhoods in our city and the fastest gentrifying. I also wish he'd keep it a strictly aados affair and not allow non-aados infiltrators in our community's business. We already have enough foreigners setting up shop in our hoods.

Say what you want about the prices at aados restaurants, but you don't see bs like this coming out about them, cuz aados are typical pretty harsh on their own people and an aados business will go bankrupt in our community doing some bs like that.
