Yo what are the best areas to move to in the city in Houston? Walkable spots if possible but at least real close by car to malls, restaurants, bars, and black people. Looking for a fly area though, no hood shyt 
And If I was looking for a very fly apartment/townhouse rental for $2000 or less, 1000 sq ft at least, wood floors, granite and all that, can I find that in those areas? Thanks for any help.
