I came back to Houston this past weekend for the first time in a long time. Soo much has changed that I didn't recognize some parts especially west/Katy area. I went to some bar called Prospect Park out there and all the women there was :banderas:but I was with my wife and friends :mjcry:

Drink Houston closed down? :ohhh:I felt that place had been around forever, the 5 different "clubs" in one building niche.

Last summer it was Social Junkie closing down that caught me by surprise.

I guess these spots weren't making money like that, or it slowed down a lot.

Thick as hell.

Tbh, so are the latinas, white chicks, and even some of the asians.

But like with most other places, social media/thot/bopper culture is rampant, esp if you're talking about the night life.
I don't think i've seen thot culture as big as anywhere else as it is here tbh.

All these thots be on IG fronting the fukk up but be broker than a mofo. And it seem like all these hoes a part of some shyt called Aristocrat life/Promo club/etc.

Looks like it was a result of the hurricane. As big as that building was I can imagine them rent fees being through the roof. Getting behind on those payments probably made it impossible to catch up.

Wonder what it'll be now.

Yea i feel it took a turn for the worse the last few years. Granted certain spots always been like that with the skrippers, thots, and hood celebrities but seems even more rampant. Pretty much gotta find places outside of the typical indmix club/lounge spots.

Been seeing Aristocrat for some years now, probably a promotional company or something, bc even as the different clubs change/close down, i still see their name popup.

Probably monopolizing all these bartender/bottle girls, indoctrinating them into the culture

So it's been closed for a minute then? I was thinkin of taking a chick there who came into town to visit. i was tryna google map it to see when it opened on Saturday and the shyt said Closed permanently. I was like :gucci:

I probably hadn't been there since last summer, but i pass by the area often enough and i never noticed lol, prob cause it'd be day time

The biggest club in Houston, Drink Houston, slaughtered. :wow:

Social Junkie destroyed.

Social media claiming more victims....:wow:

Digital mafia destroying brick and mortar locations.

Edit: I just see someone said closed because of Hurricane Harvey. Guess they got flooded and no flood insurance. A prospective buyer should purchase, renovate, and let former owners manage and get a lil profit. Unique spot.
