Midtown almost died. Washington Ave. had it on the ropes but it was too racist and exclusive for its own good. Midtown bounced back and now I hear Downtown is coming back.

From home but will on occasion hit up different places in what I'm guessing downtown Houston.

If you got money to burn then live in the city. If you're looking to save a penny or two go to Pearland. Its the easiest access to downtown compared to the other suburbs.

Lowkey, there's some good spots in downtown around Market Square park and Main Street area. I don't really mess with Midtown much anymore, but I am intrigued about the development of Midtown Park.

Yeah and it will probably take them 15 yrs to finish it. They got signs saying construction for it supposed to start October 2016. I don't see any construction and it's November already.
