Plenty, here are a few things off the top of my head.

Oktoberfest is this weekend. I've never been so no idea how mix the crowd is there if that matters to you.
There is some sort of gospel show Friday night at Discovery Green
Comedy show Saturday night I think, featuring Cedric the Entertainer
Mint Condition and Chante Moore at the Arena theatre Friday night
Some sort of art show at Max's Saturday afternoon
Percussion show at Menil Collection Sunday
+sporting events Dynamo, Texans, and Astros all play this weekend

You missed out, they had a $60 groupon per ticket for that show. Kind of wanted to go but I cant stand Eddy Griffin and I wouldnt pay money to see DL Hughley

He's a one trick pony and his act has gone sour over the last 10 years. He had a good stretch run of movies with undercover brother and the movie with the Sprite guy. A couple of his BET Comedy view acts were funny as well but this was 20-25 years ago.

Although he gets a bad rep these days, I just saw Kevin Hart Live late in August when he was here and I couldnt breath several times from laughter.

I just looked him up, I dont believe Ive seen any of his material. Do they even still have new Comedy View on BET anymore? I no longer have cable so I couldnt watch unless I used kodi to find it.
