More like a Ryan Griffin replacement. Think they gonna roll with Fells, Akins, and Thomas next season.
We just gave Grif a bag, he can catch well too he’s just never utilized because Watson always keeps his eyes downfield. Grif isn’t going anywhere next season. 2021 though....

Well he only has a year left on his deal. OB usually carry 3 TE's. Don't see them cutting Akins or Jordan. Griffin is the odd man out.

They need to move on from Griffin and Miller already. Coleman should have been signed here

Coleman was the one pickup I wanted. I'm concerned that Foreman won't ever be the same after tearing his Achilles and Miller ain't getting any younger. Hopefully they pickup a back in the draft.

I think Foreman just should’ve set out longer than he did. I remember reading something saying how much he was pressing to get back on the field, but it was a chore for him doing rehab and stuff and how he didn’t take it seriously at first. I’d def grab an RB in maybe the 4th round or something. Honestly, out of all these FAs, the only legit attainable ones I was bothered they didn’t try to sign were Saffold (who went to the Titans) and Coleman. Those were reasonable contracts and I just don’t like that it seems like they made no effort to get them. The Kareem contract struck a nerve with me only cause of Mathieu exposing himself as a fraud, which means they should have approached Kareem about re-signing instead of Mathieu. Very sure Kareem could have been brought back for 9.5 per year, and ideally, you clearly keep him at safety.

According to KJax the team didn't even reach out to him or his agent. I'm guessing they were ready to move on since he's about to turn 31. I'm
comfortable going with Reid, Gipson, and Hal. Not even sweating losing Mathieu especially witj all the talking he been doing since leaving.

yea they didn't approach Kareem cause they were so focused on retaining Mathieu and felt like they had him returning. I think had they known the situation, even at 31, they would have more than likely resigned Kareem. Oh well, Gipson than both guys and on a cheaper deal, so it's all good. Reid and Gipson should be studs, and Roby at the very least is fast enough to keep up with other fast WRs.

Good gadget guy to keep around, he’s basically taking Braxton Miller’s spot as receiver and emergency qb. O’Brien likes to keep 3 (or 4 in the case of Shane the Leg) qb’s dressed for every game.

I’d rather they sign both of them then just one or the other. I don’t know much about Matt Kalil, but Donald Penn is 35 and coming off a groin injury from week four, vote that injury is more due to his willing to play a different position from the norm during that period. Had he stayed at his natural position during that last year, there’s a chance he may not have gotten injured.
