He has to completely give up play calling duties and hire a legitimate OC for them to go further. I spent this entire season wondering who Tim Kelly even was. I have no idea what he even looks like, yet I can identify multiple OCs from across the league.

IDK of he would do that but he should. His stale ass play calling ain’t foolin nobody.

Brehs I’ve just accepted the fact that BoB is pretty much running the team now. Dude has Cal McNair’s full support. He fired our cap guy who been doing contracts for the past 13 years right when we got to pay Tunsil and Watson. Dude got all the power and is hiring his people. Now he need a new cap guy, new LB coach, and new DL coach since Weaver got promoted.

If dude wasn’t from Belichick coaching tree he would’ve been fired. I’m tired of them trying to be the Patriots South. Every team in the AFC South has been to the AFCCG the last couple years expect us. shyt is unacceptable. Dude exercised all types of demons during the season and first game of the playoffs, and was headed towards truly getting over the hump being up 24-0 vs the Chiefs, then dropped an absolute bomb on to place more heat on himself. He needs to completely just fall back into the GM role and leave coaching alone.

He played exceptionally well for having that serious of an injury. Can’t wait to see what he brings to the table in year 3, his sophomore season he made a big leap especially in tackling.
