It was a pretty drastic drop off from Howard to trash ass Chris Clark. Clark is not an NFL player and hasn’t been one for years.

A lot of these guys could and should be brought back, but fundamental changes need to happen with coaching for them to be better. Those guys on that field were good enough to win and should have won, but coaching on both sides of the ball completely failed them.

He has to completely give up play calling duties and hire a legitimate OC for them to go further. I spent this entire season wondering who Tim Kelly even was. I have no idea what he even looks like, yet I can identify multiple OCs from across the league.
Wade Phillips wants to come back home, I would at least give him a job.
We are lucky we have a ton of cap space available to sign anyone.
Resign a bunch of our fa AND GET NGAKWE IN THE DOOR IMMEDIATELY!
I would resign JJo on the cheap for depth (he’s better than Lonnies garbage ass on his worst day) and convert him to FS in more of a player coach capacity, Reid could really use the help to become a more rounded out player. He’s gotten better each year.
