My sister is in this business but she's not an agent. She has had a company for the past twenty years off knowing what she's doing and making investor clients money.


There's many thotties in the industry and all it takes is a license. But it you serious about what you doing no sense in just getting a house cause the agent is hot

ur gonna pay that commission no matter what realtor u use to sell ur crib . unless u do something like use redfin, which takes less of a commission. in this market, I'm pretty sure almost all of them are making bread as EVERYONE is trying to buy a crib it seems, and prices are wildly inflated.
