Moondancer was chasing Cole and crew through the woods like MC Hammer chased Jay-z through the woods in that diss :mjlol:
Kick your little lies, I kick my real facts
Like you sneaking out the back of that Source Soundlab, ha (Pew!)
We wasn't chasing you (Nah), we had a taping, too
We came through to do our one-two thing (Check, what's up)
It wasn't a Roc-A-Fella come-through thing

'Cause if it was on like that, I would come through Queens
With Queens nikkas—you know how I do
Look, I got more shooters in Queensbridge than you (Tah)
nikkas'll tie you up on the Colosseum roof
And open beer bottles off the boy chipped tooth (Ping!)

Seeing all the prophecy stuff on this show just reminds me of how much those 2 morons fukked up Jon Snow, he was the tale of ice (stark) and fire (targ) who would unite the lands (kill the night king and reign as a peaceful king)

I’ll never get over that show man, the worst handling of a franchise I’ll probably ever see in my lifetime, just ahead of Star Wars

Book readers answer this if you can without spoilers…

In GoT, Dany has 3 dragons and she pretty much can control them all and have them all go to battle even though she’s the only rider.

In HoTD, they are way more skilled with training and dealing with dragons yet they act like a dragon is fukkin useless if it doesn’t have a rider. Why can’t they just have the dragons follow them similarly to how Dany does it?

You all over the place!

First off...

Never read A Song of Ice and Fire but on the show, Dany doesn't control her dragons. Dany and Drogon have a relationship, Like a mother and a son. Dany and Drogon communicate telepathically. Them Drogon tells his brothers what to do, because he is the alpha and bigger than his brothers because he was never imprisoned. Book readers want to argue that Drogon ain't that big in season 8 but f them.

The dragons in the pit grow smaller than the dragons out in the wild on Dragonstone, so they all smaller than Drogon, except Meleys, which is Rhaenys dragon. Rhaenyra and Daemon's dragons are pit dragons.

All the dragons are not directly related to each other, and don't have the relationship Drogon has with his brothers, a pit dragon could never control a wild Dragonstone dragon.

Vhagar was too big for the pit and dont care what the other dragons do.

Put a pin in that thought. :lolbron:

But to answer generally: a dragon chooses its rider, not vice-versa. They're not ponies you can break and tame. It's the reason why it was so silly for everyone to be angry that Aemond claimed Vhagar. Rhaena's idea that she could claim the dragon like it was a hand-me-down pet is laughable - it just doesn't work that way. Had Rhaena attempted to do so, she probably would've become a charbroiled Scooby snack.

Now, why did Vhagar bend her neck to Aemond? fukk if we'll ever know - that was the point from S1 when Viserys said that it was an illusion that the Targs controlled the dragons. The dragons follow directions...until they don't.

Also - unless Condal/Hess change this, a dragon cannot - cannot - be bound to more than one rider at a time. Even Dany, who hatched THREE dragons, could only ride Drogon. You can ride *with* someone else's dragon - we saw that in Beyond the Wall - but not by yourself unless it is bound to you.

What :russ:

Daenerys is a telepath? When the fukk did they establish that?!?!?

And she definitely had control over them at least in battle. Outside of battle they did what they wanted, which is why she locked them up. If she could professor X them I doubt she would have locked them away. They attacked a Lannister caravan with precise accuracy.

My question was if this was TV show fukkery or there is a book explanation for it

Edit: I reread what you are saying...she can communicate with Drogon telepathically only? And he can communicate with the others telepathically? I feel like something like this would have been expanded on seems like a pretty big deal. I don't remember them mentioning that at all though.

in the video clip, she stares off into space for no reason and says BRB, what do you think happen there....

Drogon was the only Dragon at the Blackwater Rush, as far as you know... There are two Blackwater Rush battles, but we aint going there today.

and she couldn't control them until the end of Season 6.

your questions been answered, you dont like the answer

Dany isn’t using telepathy, she just has a deep bond with her dragons like a horse and its rider. They can feel each others intentions wants and needs intuitively

Right. They showed that in HotD. Daemon's dragon blocked some arrows when he fought the crab king. Then ppl saying how baela and moondancer behaved this episode sorta showed it as well.

Ok that makes more sense. I think the telepathy angle would be a huge deal and would have been talked about a lot in GoT and HotD. That’s not something you just gloss over. It’s literally a super power :russ:

If they could do that why even ride them. Just tell them what to do while you cool out from a safe distance

To be fair, I think the connection could be considered so deep that it is telepathic-esque, but it's more of an emotional connection compared to something being controlled only by telepathy and explicit direct order. It's a mutual relationship. At the end of the day the dragon has free will, they can and have disobeyed.

I'm not digging these weird ass depth of field/fish-eye lense shots these directors hace randomly been using in these episodes, I keep thinking I'm going blind or my stream is fukked up. The scene where EGG-ON took Hightower's hand specifically
