Hours after Chip to SF, Eagles hire...Doug Pederson...as their new Head Coach

On paper this is a horrible hire. Unless things changed drastically in KC, Andy Reid is the architect of his offenses, so it's not like this dude was really running an offense independently. KC offense wasn't even that good and it ain't shyt interesting or innovative about it. It's a bunch of dink and dunks and check downs with the occasional screen to charles and seam to the TE. Basically the same shyt Reid ran in Philly all those years.

This hire seems more about Jeff Lurie getting some one he was familiar with. I'm not optimistic.

If our RB coach was one of the most decorated players in our team history? Absolutely. A lot of ya'll Eagle fans don't see it cause ya'll are new fans who came over when Vick signed or when Chip came aboard. I grew up watching Duce, just want to see the brother get a chance to advance his career thats all. Joey Porter gonna be a coordinator in a few years while Duce going to be over there in Philly still trying to coach up whatever RB ya'll pluck off our roster. Funny how Staley has to "work his way up like everyone else" when everyone else like Pederson are getting hand outs
