And horny, hormone fueled teenage boys are just swept out of the equation right? In the Caribbean, appropriate length skirts are uniform standard. it's not about slut shaming or victim blaming :beli: Its about maintaining a child appropriate atmosphere conducive for learning that does not expose them to elements they are not mature enough to handle. AKA common fukking sense. :snoop:

Muthafukkas will protect materialistic possessions every time they leave the house by locking the doors(even tho they can still break in and take everything), but won't take the time to educate their kids to protect them.

Some sad shyt right here.

No wonder teenagers are running around wild as hell. Y'all ain't teaching them shyt, not even down to the basics of how to protect and take care of themselves.

This was not victim blaming. There wasn't even a fukking victim in the discussion, stop making shyt up or applying shyt to the wrong scenario.
why should a teenager dress like a hoe anyway? whether there are creeps or not why the fukk these girls dressing like grown ass women? :skip:

that's some single mother shyt....ain't no father in the home letting that slut shyt go down for a 14-18 year old. "Better move ya ass out my house before you wear that" :sas2:
Look, she was on point until she started defending teachers that prey on their students.

People are just ready to fight no matter what. No grey area is allowed anymore.

No, girls and women should not be forced to dress a certain way just out of fear of sexual predators or being molested. That is a given. Nobody with a brain thinks that way.

BUT

There ARE sexual predators out there and just because you subscribe to a notion that it shouldnt matter, doesnt mean that it doesnt in the real world. Realistically, a predator is gonna be a predator no matter what the person is wearing. But there really is no reason to be pushing young girls to wear make up, sexually provocative clothing and shyt like that.

This world is not perfect. Just because something should not be some way, does not mean it really is. I care about kids and can't stand anyone who would ever hurt one mentally, physically or sexually, but just because it should never happen, I'm not gonna force myself to live a world where I'm shocked when it does. We all have to do our part to take care of ourselves FROM OTHERS! This goes on the road, on the street, in school, at jobs or wherever people are intertwined. shyt aint sweet out here and for people to stubbornly try to change the world while acting like that problem doesn't exist is hurting the discussion of it. Nobody agrees adult males, especially teachers should be involved in any sort of demonery, but they are. And if making my daughter wear a longer skirt would help keep that creep a little bit further from her, I would want to take that step. It doesnt guarantee shyt, but it's also why I wear my seat belt. I don't know when one of you crazy mother fukkers is gonna blow through a red light while im going through an intersection. I gotta protect myself and my family from the world that doesnt give a shyt about that :yeshrug:

Im not really feeling her stance

And people who agree with her are kind of full of shyt. Cause the instant a woman fukks a male student yall will be screaming about how shes a predator or a monster. But if a male teacher succumbs to his urges and violates that teacher/student barrier it's "nature" :francis:

no the stance is the same, we've moved past animal instinct and decided as a society that an adult shouldn't have sex with kids whether male or female, being more cautious to make sure the person in position of power doesn't fall into their "animalistic instinct " isn't victim blaming

I agree we all need to play our part but it seems she's excusing men for being predators. "Nature" shouldn't trump responsibility and a man is going to prey if that's what he chooses, doesn't matter the skirt length. A long skirt doesn't stop a body from looking "feminine".

Oh no i thought you had sense?

twitter feminists have yet to realize that this isnt a utopia.

we cant police womens bodies but we also cant control all these sick fukks out here

the best we can do is protect our young girls and what erykah said is a simple, pragmatic suggestion.

Also, why do these bytches online want to see young girls wearing revealing clothing!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!? No need to sexualize young girls

They want to see young girls sexualized because they hate the innocence of these girls and want it destroyed like theirs was destroyed. A lot of black twitter feminists have abusive backgrounds and as a woman with an abusive background, I know how it feels to resent girls who haven't been through the hell that you have. They don't want to save black girls; they want them thrown to the wolves like they were thrown to the wolves so that they won't be alone in the pain of their victimhood.

yea I didn't rock w/ that part but she was speaking from a deeper biological perspective...that was better left unsaid because it made it too easy for folks to create their own narrative
