there needs to be some kind of psychological screening done in the hiring process
Maybe it is, some will still fall through the cracks. That's why you teach/inform your kids how to protect themselves from these predators. We teach them how to protect themselves and avoid the evil/dangers of this world, but some reason we've gotten lazy with girls & sexual assault.

I don't get slut shaming at all. I mean does any man or woman their daughter to grow up to be a slut? :yeshrug:

As far as dressing provocatively in a school environment, that's just common sense. It's not like we are not advocating for burkas. :skip:

Even in work environments both men and women are expected to tone it down and dress professionally. Why not at school?

This is victim blaming plain & simple. It's like cacs claiming Trayvon deserved to get murdered because of his attire or the way he wore his hair. :francis:

There are alot of closet pedophiles in this world and even on this board though so I expect alot of

It shouldn't be a teenagers responsibility to dress a certain way because grown men cannot control their sexual urges.
No wonder teenagers are running around wild as hell. Y'all ain't teaching them shyt, not even down to the basics of how to protect and take care of themselves.

This was not victim blaming. There wasn't even a fukking victim in the discussion, stop making shyt up or applying shyt to the wrong scenario.

First step is admittance and unfortunately there are TONS of men who prey on vulnerable minds. Best thing you can do is educate and protect your kid.

yet somehow that message got misconstrued and became "victim blaming" :russ:

But if you're protecting your daughter or son from a teacher who is sexually attracted to people their age as a baseline, isn't talking about what they are wearing the wrong subject?

I personally think that people wanting young girls covered up is more of moral society thing. Adults don't want to see that. It's unsightly. But I think that people should be honest with that instead of telling kids to cover up and hide because molesters will only attack you if you're dressed a certain way.

Noap, not at all. These predators are sick people, and some shyt might trigger that urge(short dress or tight pants revealing dikk prints). Lets be preventive too, and not wait for the Laws to handle it, or hoping that people are morally grounded.

Im not really feeling her stance

And people who agree with her are kind of full of shyt. Cause the instant a woman fukks a male student yall will be screaming about how shes a predator or a monster. But if a male teacher succumbs to his urges and violates that teacher/student barrier it's "nature" :francis:

I don't think I've ever once seen that on this site, quite the opposite in fact :martin:

You literally pulled this out of your ass :mjlol:

I agree we all need to play our part but it seems she's excusing men for being predators. "Nature" shouldn't trump responsibility and a man is going to prey if that's what he chooses, doesn't matter the skirt length. A long skirt doesn't stop a body from looking "feminine".
