"when the smoke clears" is their best album but you already said that you didn't like the lead single, which imo, was like the best song on there. the other singles were "tongue ring" and I know you remember "sippin on some syrup".

I think you might prefer some of their earlier darker work like "live by yo rep" or "mystic styles" and so on.

I think you might like that, but theres also noticeable traces of corniness that comes with a lot of their music that might turn you off.
