Word. Seriously, if it wasn't for Will, a LARGE percentage of Hollywood and mass public would make the argument that "Black Leads can't sell blockbusters". Will being the highest selling leading man in Hollywood completely tarnishes the idea that black actors cannot sell. Of course he isn't the level of actor as the other 3, but you need both sides, and while he is 4th of the group in acting, he is 1st as far as sales go.

If it was it for Samuel Jackson and Laurence Fishburne there wouldn't have been any opportunities for someone like Will Smith to even have the opportunity to shine


I can't even do it... It's not like you can just replace one of the four, because black actors innHollywood who have had their level of success are THAT few and far in between.


If you literally took away any of those four you'd have no Don Cheadle, Jamie Foxx, Michael B Jordan, Forest Whitaker, etc.
