Black people look so stupid supporting a white mexican who raps about killing black people and using the n-word every 6 seconds. All the footage of his shows is like 99% white and they chanting the n-word too.

But just because he has rainbow hair and tattoos and has hot beats...he gets a pass?
:wtf:

Just my 2 cents.

Same reason Arsenio Hall was riled up during this interview

When a rappers talent doesn't match how arrogant he is and on top of that they seem fake it rubs people the wrong way

Tekashi and Charlamagne's exchange on the Breakfast Club reminded me so much of Vanilla Ice on Arsenio Hall

Nah it’s more than that. A lot of popular rappers today are garbage. Singling him out would be odd

Summer jam already be on some shyt as it is.
That 69 gangbanging/mosh pit/ignorant energy is not needed.
Take that shyt to Kansas or wherever his fakkit ass do his shows.

i'm really curious what's the thought process of the black men in the 69 vids blatantly being used as props and accessories to lend credibility to someone like 69s gangsta. man, some real lost, degenerate scumbag shyt... it prob ain't even that deep to them, too :mjlol: :wow:

I'm pretty sure they can afford to not have 6ix9ine. I could be wrong, but I don't think 6ix9ine is the type of guy who could sell out a show at the Garden or comparable venue.

Fist off they are salty as fukk that 69 didn't do an interview with them and the B.C interview went viral...8 million views and counting..

Second how does he even still have a position there, at least on air??! Honestly if hot 97 ever wants to regain the crown they gotta clean house ....Ebro, rosenberg, laura, flex,..clean the entire roster..

Get young fresh influencers in there that can draw followers to the digital platforms such as youtube and the website! How hard is it to understand...

If I was hot 97 id cut a check to Akademiks (yea he's a herb) but he has a crazy following and positioned himself as the gatekeeper for hip hop content/news...he can take Ms. Info's spot and have his own show...

Give Joe Budden the morning show!
Get Itsbiskit an evening afternoon show...

Etc etc..
Cherry pick the hottest vloggers and youtubers.....the labels are doing it and it's working

That model wont work, first of Ak is not mature enough to be in that position based on that shyt in DR dude is too caught up in meeting the peoples that he's a fan of he's going to get eaten alive, Budden and Itsbiskits could work but these ''influencers'' are hot for a hot minute and the people move on imagine them giving a show to YesJulz:martin:

they need him more than he needs them if we're being honest :francis:he's the most talked about artist right now.

Once upon a time Ms. Jones trashed Weezy...I want to say this was around Carter 2 era. Said they wouldn't play his music and he was garbage. Ms Jones parted ways with Hot 97 and Hustler Muzik ended up in rotation..Were the two events related? Doubt it...but the product which is in demand always wins. The issue is people who aren't important tend to try to wedge themselves into a position of prominence

I'm confused... why do Hot 97 really need him? I mean I think he shouod be there but why is it such a big problem if he's not there? nikkas been saying summerjam is irrelevant and radio is dead.. it shouldn't be a problem if he ain't there right? I mean most of the people who would be there to see Takashi won't because they would be scared of possibly getting shot or some shyt.

Man it doesn't work like that lol. A lot of these vloggers have their certain style and it works for them... let them just have that. Man ain't no big corporations about to put their names behind Akademiks doing the shyt that he does and he knows that.. this is why he hollers that I'm a brand shyt. Somebody said it but Nessa is over there. You'd think she'd be huge just off her association with Colin Kaepernick but that's just not happening. If you're going to give youtubers and vloggers jobs on tv and radio shows then what's the point of having them on YouTube/the internet in the first place? A lot of them would have to tone down anyway which will only hurt them.

I worked at Republic for 2 years. Like I said... y’all nikkas think it’s rocket science. It ain’t.

Tekash is signed to Capitol.

His old tag team partner Zilla is signed to Republic.

TBH every “SoundCloud” rapper is secretly signed. What y’all nikkas call a “plant” I suppose.

Even tho that logic is sort of off based too.

But it ain’t some magical Jews plotting WWE storylines in a room somewhere. Labels don’t have THAT much control. Outside of radio play.

69 situation is different because he was hot overseas years ago and came back over here. So his numbers were lit.

What blew him up in the hood/Black people was the gang affiliation.

Sad as that is. But y’all wouldnt fukk with him if he was lyrical or a great rapper.

Sounds logical...At the same time do you deny having access to the right people means everything? I doubt the Jews plot anything frankly. At the same time they know good & well the energy an artist carries when they unleash them. They know what they deem as artistic expression (gang life, selling dope, shooting, black women being bytches & hoes etc) and what they feel goes over the line (anything Jew related, cop related gay related) I get that you worked at a label but how up did you go? Did you matter to the point where you were privy to the decisions of the higher ups? The boogeyman shyt is valid no different than the casting couch isn't just conjecture
