I like what I saw out of Sarr latter part of the season..he showed steady improvement and confidence...You could tell bringing in Middleton and Smart definitely played a part....
Other than that it was a successful tank...I'd say the foundation is 75-80% there....Seeing how the draft works out is gonna be interesting for sure...

I'm cool with the win. At the end of the day we got four rookies inhouse and two sophomores we drafted and their development also matters.
I knew something like this would happen that they end the season on a win. Which if you hoop you always wanna end on a made shot.
I like all our young players and looking forward to whoever else we can add and our guys filling out there body and being competitive.

I've said this severally and I want to reiterate that I eventually want Rondo coaching this team. When he makes it to the NBA coaching circles he's gonna be special. I think him with our young guys. Plus adding someone like Tony Allen who when I watched his documentary and how much he dedicated to watching tape...
Allen, who was an all NBA defender. Marcus Smart DPOY, Rondo working with Bub can make him special. They are all dogs and I think the way Allen brought that grind culture to Memphis is how he can affect Washington as well. He was always watching film and studying players. Those guys characteristics is what we want this team to be
