Happens where I live with black people, trying to get their people into positions. Actually happens with everyone.

Cocolo is very country specific so you can easily single out who is calling you that and take out Cubans, Colombians, etc.

But not sure how some people from a group forbidding their daughters from dating others impacts the whole group. Some blacks do that, some Chinese do it, some whites do it, so what? I never had that issue but if I did I'd just move on. Never was into meeting everyone's parents anyway. My mother only met 2 girls I ever "dated" and one I married.
