You're right. Most Puerto Ricans have varying amounts of African ancestry, in addition to Spanish and Taino. Most likely, Jennifer Lopez has much more Spanish ancestry than African, but it is still there.

Many PR have little to NO black in them. Is say only a 30-40% do. I personally know plenty of White PRs many of them ex New Yorkers.

Yes they have varying amounts of African ancestry like I got varying amounts of European ancestry but this "they got African in them" it's just a c00n chess move to claim. How you look claiming them next to an actually Puerto Rican dude? Y'all sound silly. I don't never hear white folks talking that they got European ancestry. Really? Blacks don't clown other groups in their community? They don't tease and discriminate against them? People suck in general. Group think and discrimination happens everywhere but to call out Caribbean Latinos is silly, when they are one of the more accepting groups on the planet especially for blacks.
