Honestly... living on your own is overrated. There's no shame in living with parents.

I don't recommend this at all if you plan on progressing in life, unless you happen to have parents that give you your space and make it a point not to distract you when you're handling business.

Stop dating/socializing temporarily and focus on building yourself up. At best, secure a 2 - 3 bedroom apartment, find tenants that are on the same page as you, and rent out the other room(s) to them.

TIP: MAKE SURE YOU FIND A ROOMMATE THAT WORKS A DIFFERENT SHIFT IF YOU CAN.

I had a roommate that was super cool, and worked overnight 4-5 times a week, and 2 of those nights were always Saturday and Sunday. You both will stack paper, and you both will be either asleep or Home Alone most of the time.
Where are nikkas securing 2-3 bedroom apartments at like that, plus to even have it in the lease to sublet out. Most leases Don n allow you to do that and brings a liability to get evicted.

Plus to even qualify for the income to be allowed to rent a 3 bedroom in most cities is already high unless it's some low income apartment complex.

This doesn't sound realistic for most people on the come up though.

Its good until you hit a certain age u don’t wanna be pushin 30 at ur parents crib. If you in ur early to mid 20s then its prolly best to stay and stack up ur bread. Moving out too early is setting urself up for failure u don’t wanna move out and come back crawling.

In Atlanta, you can get a two-bedroom for about $1,200. To qualify for that, you have to make $3,600 in a month/900 a week/22.50 per hour. You can make 3600 driving Lyft for a month. 150 a day/6 days a week. Even then, if you can't make enough to qualify by yourself, find a roommate before moving in, and secure it together. To get a $1,200 a month 2 bedroom apartment, you guys would have to be making $1,800 a month/450 a week/11.50 an hour.

fukk that shyt. I'm a grown man with one grown kid. I'm not having a roommate at this point in my life. I got side hustles to get extra money if necessary. I'm not gonna be living with another grown man just to make an extra $1000 a month and what not.

matter of fact the only way I'd entertain that thought is if I was serious with a woman and she moved in perhaps.

Sacrifices are called sacrifices for a reason. Not everyone is willing to do it to get to where they need to be:yeshrug:
