Him going all in on Smiley should disqualify him from any type of GM or talent evaluation job forever. I get Smiley was a “hope we get lucky” kind of pick, but there was no reason to keep him on the roster for that long. The dude showed no flashes of even being a fringe rotation player. It’s hard to incorporate young players into expectations of winning now

The only player that seems to try to bridge the gap is Steph
But he knows and everybody else knows the window grows tighter and close to ending
