Mistakes were made in fourth once they got the kings in the bonus, they failed to attack the paint and kings didn’t forget when they had the same scenario.

I’m still optimistic

Wiggins played fine in the first half then gassed out as expected. Steph needs more shots
That but the egregious part was Kerr subbing Curry out at 3:28 in the third knowing he wasn’t going to start him in the 4th… Kings went on their run in that time… kerr should’ve let Curry play the entire 3rd then have him come back in the fourth around the 8 min mark

That would've put Curry over 40 minutes for the game. Do you really think it would be smart to be playing Steph over 40 minutes in every game of the playoffs especially with as much running around he does? He'll wear down quick as hell. The team has to learn to hold it down with Steph on the bench. They have enough good players on the squad that they have to be able to survive those non-Steph minutes. But he definitely can't be playing 40 minutes a game and 20 out of 24 minutes in the second half of an intense playoff game.

This the playoffs and it was situational basketball at that point.. and that use to be curry rotation where he played all of the 3rd and came back in at 7 min mark in the fourth

Having Curry play that final 3 mins in the third wouldve have allowed that kings push

i legit don't know what steph's minutes rotation is

on one hand, i wish he would just go back to the 12/6/12/6 rotation. But on the other hand, steph is 35 years old. maybe it is time to manage the man's minutes. he cant keep running miles on the court on a nightly basis.

Did y'all know that no one on the memphis grizzlies (one of the youngest teams in the league) plays more than 32 mins a game?

I mean Steph is one of those players that has to be mentally draining to guard. One slight slip up or you give him a second of daylight and he's knocking one down. Add in the Warriors offense forcing you to navigate a bunch of screens and split actions and it can fukk a team's whole defense up. It's what makes him one of the GOATs.
Facts. I watch all the games with the wifey, and I tell her..."I'd HATE to guard Steph".

He'd tire you out, and the split second you take a breath...the ball is on its way through the net.

It's a different kind of demoralizing.

Look at this possession.
:whew:

Btw, That's only shows the second half of the possession. There was about two more cycles of Steph circling the halfcourt before this.

Da Gawd don't appreciate that shyt either.

Watch his reaction to Slates asking him about Kerr's sub rotation.

Do y'all seriously want Steph to burn out in the 1st round playing 40+ minutes every game, especially at the pace this series is being played at?

Of course, Steph wants to play more minutes, but there's a reason why that decision isn't left up to him.

Nobody is saying to burn him out but ask yourself he couldn’t play that final 3 mins of the 3rd to keep our lead? Soon as he went to the bench kings went on that run to cut the lead to 1pt… Kerr took him out and he didn’t start the fourth quarter.. He could’ve finished that 3rd qt and bring him back at the 7min more of the fourth..
