I agree with all these points...

But...

His fumble yesterday and his fumble against washington at home played a BIG role in us losing both of those games...

Honestly his huge season is the only reason why nobody talks about his fumbles...

Dude fumbled in what...5 or 6 straight games...

Come on bruh that is out of the league territory...

Last year that WIlson dude fumbled in back to back games and Coughlin benched him for about a month...

To justify all the fumbles dude is going to have to lead the league in rushing every year and in touchdowns every year and he is not going to do that...

I will say he is the best in the league at picking up the blitz though so that should be a HUGE consideration to who we have in the backfield if it is not murray...
Thank you. This dude refuses to change the way he carries the ball.

AD has 3 seasons with more fumbles than Murray has had and that's without looking.

And if my memoryserves me right. One lil Devin Street got pushed into and knocked the ball lose. A fluke. one he got clipped and fumbled in the process, no call. And one was when his progress had been stopped but they didn't blow the whistle

AP also has 2 seasons where he only fumbled the ball one time.

A player getting pushed into you does not excuse a fumble...

And the one against washington where they didn't blow the whistle I blame on Murray as well cause he was being hemmed up by 4 or 5 guys and just kept trying to fight through it...dude was NOT about to shed 4 or 5 people.

If the price is right I would love to have him back...but this offense does NOT need a back ti lead the league in rushing yards and touchdowns...

It needs a back to run for say....1200 and 10 touchdowns and that is something that quite a few backs can do...

I am far more concerned about pass protection than I am about the effectiveness of the running back...I think pass protection is what kept Murray on the field in so many games other backs should have gotten the carries cause both dunbar and randle are pretty bad at pass blocking...

Coming into this season fumbling wasn't an issue with Murray and there was even some crazy stat about how touches he had without fumbling before the last game of last season. I don't expect fumbling to be an issue with him going forward.

1200 yards is selling our team short. That's about 75 yards a game and clearly the strength of our online is run blocking. 1500 yard back is gonna be needed and there's no one out there a would trust other than AP (who will cost more than Murray) to put that kind of work load on.

Cowboys Run The East

12-4 :win:
December and January we saw Elite Romo™ :win:
Eagles no-huddled into the offseason, Redskins finna trade 3 1sts for Jameis, Giants oline looking like ours during Flozell-Leonard-Gurode flabbynsick era

Pay Dez.
Pay/Franchise Murray?
Pay McClain?
Cut Free ($10mil cap hit)?
Cut/Restructure Carr?
Morris Claiborne?

We gotta draft defense. Pass rushers, run stuffers, safeties, corners. Pretty much any and everything other than linebackers, I'll take.

Any of the other brehs I forgot, my bad. This was an amazing year. We have a really young team outside of Romo and Witten, and they still got juice in the tank.

As long as Jerry can keep the band together, we got something special.

Dallas Cowboys 2016 Super Bowl Lock :jjumad:

fine points. priority #1 is to resign Dez,,, WR's like him we dont see all to often, RB's come a dime a dozen, with that O line we got, we can put anyone back there. Murray better not command big money, we seen him lead the nfl in fumbles, and most importantly that fumble vs GB was crucial.
We built the Oline, we need to build the D Line, to Leon Lett, Russell Maryland, Charles Haley type status, no matter who we have at DB's, generate a pass rush, and our DB's will get better.
Restructure the contracts of Romo and especially Carr, he's getting paid shutdown corner money and he's far from it.
I give Clairborne one more year. after another dissapointing season, we cut the bait.
most important after signing DEZ, is hire back all the staff. I hear marinelli is pushing to go to Tampa

I don't know. Let's say the Lions choose to sign Suh and they can't afford Fairley. I'd take Fariley to start along side Melton. I think Lawrence will be an every down player next year too. He's already put on the additional weight he needed due to injury. Once he goes through a full summer program, he'll be official. He showed flashes.

I don't even think it's about, "whoever we plug in will be successful..."

I'm thinking about team chemistry and the relationship that he has with other players in our offense. Him and Dez are like brothers...and I understand this is a business but they really see themselves as the new age triplets. Hopefully we can get Demarco on a Sean Lee kinda, incentive laced deals.

I wouldnt mind going after Orakpo for the cheap either @dtownreppin214 With all the money we're about to have to spend this offseason, we're gonna have to gamble on premium talent for the cheap.

I like Mincey and Crawford but I don't see our defense being dominate with them being starters on our DLine :manny:
Crawford can def be a starter. He needs people around him though.

My dream offseason

1. Pay Dez

2. Don Demarco Team friendly deal or :camby:

3. First 3 picks on Defense, draft a RB in the fourth

4. Resign Rolando

5. nab orakpo on an incentive deal

6. Get AP when hes released and pair him with Demarco :ohlawd: (Dream scenario)

What y'all think about a qb first 4 rounds? :patrice:
If it's a potential franchise dude that slips get him. If they but honestly, I'm not interested in a QB outside of the first two rounds and I really don't wanna spend either of those picks on a QB. Most likely, if there's one available then we'd how to package our 2nd rounder to move up to get them and we need bodies.

Can't wait til the list of character issue nigggas come out :youngsabo:
