Carr said he's not taking a paycut. Couple this with Claiborne might not be back until the middle of the season and you see why I said don't be surprised if the first pick is a corner.

We cant be drafting for need, especially corner. The team would most likely rather pay Carr this year his full 10m and cut him next year than draft a rookie corner and have him start right away. Im on Board with a LB if Ro isnt brought back.

I think they went into the offseason in that they will either have Carr take a paycut or cut him on June 1st. That would mean our corners are a hobbled Claiborne, Patmon, and Scandrick? If the BPA at 27 is a CB, you take him.

the real question is what is martin going to do for us when romo gets knocked out of the game and we have kyle orton or weeden back there?

here's the problem. we got both frederick and tyron on the o-line and got in waters. guess where that led us. 8 and 8. Maybe we should think about changing one of the CONSTANTS on this team, like getting a new coach or replacing the qb? An o line won't do much if romo is still throwing interceptions at the end of games or if the defense is getting SHREDDED. Imagine how bad our defense will be this year now that hatcher and ware left. You need a qb to REBUILD around. We're far from one piece away, especially on the line.

Look ya'll are gonna stop with 3-4 years crap, Romo isn't playing 3 or 4 more years. He'll be lucky to get through this season. But I'm gonna be sure to bookmark all these posts so we can revisit them again after another 8-8 season lead by ya'lls QB tony romo

Yep, they missed a chance to get a legit QB with a great upside to replace Romo.

The line is needed, but they coulda waited

Our line was already damn good . What use will this be when Romo inevitably breaks the pocket trying to make something happen and get his ass lit up and injured again?
