I think Marinelli wants a DL more than a LB though.

But with them just renting Hardy for 1 year they need to have a replacement ready.
Yeah don't know what dude talking about saying we can't go DE like we have the the O line equivalent on the D line. We don't know if they going to keep Hardy past this year or if he won't make another move where they have to get rid of him. Also since last we remembered this D didn't get no pressure or play that good I'm all for any position on the D period.

This McClain shyt is whatever to me. He was dope early on last year, and brings an attitude to the D, but he is kind of high maintenance in terms of all the shyt going on with him, and there's tons of off field shyt you need to worry about. And on top of all that, he faded down the stretch last year. I would like him back, but not for any sort of big money deal.

I'm saying I want a day one starter @ 27. If we're drafting Dline then it should be DT. Ain't nobody tryna see a 1st rounder on the bench.

Rod rotates a lot so why would the 1st rd player be on the bench unless they can't play? That's where I'm lost at honestly with you saying that.

Rod rotates our lineman so much that it wouldnt matter. Look im all for upgrading our DT spots, but im not overlooking a pass rushing DE just to get a run stuffing 1tech. We need to just stick to bpa strategy and it will all workout. We still have a lot of other ?s on this team that will need to be addressed, such as WR, saftey, Rt, LG and MLB

Outside of getting a top RB they better not touch offense until the later rounds.

I hear you, but what if Amari Cooper is still on the board? Would you bypass him and take a defensive player?
yes.....I will be angry if we drafted any WR in the first round. And about the corner, don't get me wrong, it's not my preference either. I'd rather a DT or LB at that spot. But if they do not feel Carr will take that paycut and they have reservations on Claiborne coming back by the beginning of the season, well......

You'll be angry that day but if the wideout somehow had an ODB season you wouldn't say shyt and probably wouldn't admit you were wrong either lol. Also since McClay and them boys being doing their thing recently I'm not going to give them shyt cause I remember a lot of people were shytting on Hitchens during the draft last year but fast forward a year I don't hear none of that. They have earned the right esp in the 1st rd recently outside of Mo to give them benefit of the doubt on a pick until we see how it plays out.

The reason I will be angry is because a 1st round pick on a WR is not needed or valued right now. I mean that first round WR is going to start over who? Not over the Dline, LB, CB, or RB positions. If they do draft that and they succeed, of course I will shut up. I actually liked the entire draft last year except trading up to get Dlaw. I thought we gave up to much on that one.
