If we were going to cut or restructure Carr, you would have thought we'd have done it by now to allow us flexibility in FA.
We restructured Tyron Smith, freeing up $8mil this year and pushing an extra $2mil onto the cap hit for the next 5 years. No point in taking a future hit if you're not going to make moves today...

Not true. If we cut Carr down the road and designate him as a Juns 1st cut, we save like 4 mill. If we cut him it'll happen later.
I'm starting to think dallas wants demarco to skip town so they can use that money to sign other FA's etc. I want demarco back but I don't think this team suddenly becomes garbage without him.

The Cowboys have basically proved that if you want Murray, you're going to overpay for him. They knew what his market was. He's entering the age where RB's usually decline in an era where the RB is expendable. If the Eagles want him, they have to pay him 8-9 million dollars. Why haven't they signed him yet? Why hasn't Jax signed him yet? Why hasn't Oak signed him yet?

Jed Collins is a great FB to run with in a pro style offense like ours. Very good lead run blocker. But I hope it doesn't come to that...

I like Murray...but if the Eagles want to pay him 8-9 mill per year...they can have fun with all that. Running backs are a dime a dozen, and with our o-line any back with a little vision and burst can put up nice numbers. We need to get to work fixing this defense though. Everyone's walking and we aren't replacing them. It's making me a tad concerned.
