This is my exact issue with not rocking something on my feet around the house. Once you have any type of company that doesn't take off their shoes or you don't your self, you're basically walking around with particles of spit, vomit, shyt, etc on your foot.

Good way to build up that immune system.

This typically happens with people who have wooden floors.

Also, friend consider this, you walk through the bathroom which is typically not carpet and has all manner of dead skin and fecal/urine particles in the radius. You step on those and carry that through the house. You also are in the kitchen which is dusty and has microscopic food crumbs getting stuck to your feet. The filth adds up. Before you know it, you're scratching your foot and biting your nails.
