Nah its a lot of schools who use the logos but its only infringement if u use the entire likeness i thought
They took out the red and dont mention new england plus i dont think the nfl is that petty to fukk with a school versus a dude trying to sell merch

"We support football on all levels and do not have an issue with high school and youth teams using NFL team logos," said Brian McCarthy, director of corporate communications for the NFL.

When I think about Detroit high schools, all of their shyt was not copied from major sports. Most Detroit schools have original shyt. My sis goes to school in the burbs so I never really paid attention til now :yeshrug:

The NFL allows highschool teams and youth teams to use their logos
Some college teams allow it but some teams require permission like Kansas State( if you write them a letter asking to use their logo they will let you use them)
Other teams like Florida State dont allow highschools to use their logos and they go after them if they do
FSU asks metro schools to alter mascot logos
Rockdale County's Salem High and Memorial Middle schools received a letter from the university last August requesting they cease using the Seminoles name, "spear design and Seminole head." The Rockdale County Board of Education voted Thursday to accept a settlement offer that allows the schools to keep the name, though it may only be used when preceded by either Salem High or Memorial Middle.

"I thought it was a joke," said school board member Darlene Hotchkiss, referring to the letter. "Why are they going after the little guys?"
