Does anyone have previews from non hard-core Harry Potter fans. It seems the majority of these previews are from Hard-core Harry Potter fans who are simply happy at the fact they are getting a big budget Harry Potter game that isn't completely ass. Ign was the only one seemed to be critical. Ign heavily implied the game is mid and the combat is the only great thing about it.

For me this is more about the lore and story telling, combat just needs to not be tedious and boring. I'm looking forward to feeling like i'm actually like a student at hogwarts. Like how i learn a new spell is as interesting to me as using it.

It's worrying how vague they are about the world and the story, which is why I was interested in the first place. Everything I'm reading about this game, and all the preview videos, seem to imply it's indistinguishable from any other standard open world rpg. Fetch quests, exp and loot but in the wizarding world universe, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say aside from the initial rush of walking around hogwarts with a created character, the story/game won't be very good.

Honestly the gameplay seems so simple she might enjoy it herself, I bet this game will be popular with casual gamers.

I think J.K. Rowling really doesn't get a fair assessment from the Trans Rights Activists at all.
A lot of what she said around Sex, Gender, Identity and Safe Spaces for women actually
track with Third Wave Feminism.

They all have a major issue with her rightfully calling out calling every little thing which doesn't
conform to "Woman" as being linked to being "Transgendered" and how linking "Woman-ness" to a "Feeling"
or some "Social norms" are actually BACKWARDS and not PROGRESSIVE.

How the fukk she got lambasted for that is BEYOND ME.
It's part of the reason I roll my eyes when I see J.K. get roasted over the fire by these ill informed types.

Also, that Review should have fukk ALL to do with J.K.'s politics because she DID NOT make the game.

Thats the crazy shyt I don't understand her whole thing is basically not erasing women and allowing women to have their own spaces and having to do more than just saying "I feel like a woman so now I'm a woman" type shyt and they acting like she going around saying that trans need to die. But of course if you don't fully agree with everything trans believe you want them dead.
