I thought he was fired early in development process and had nothing to do with the game? If I'm not mistaken they really are trying to sink this game

Old article. But still. The fact that they even brought him on after he was open to them about his YT channel = not getting my support.

Everyone has their own set of limits, supporting a self-proclaimed anti SJW is one of mine.

I have no problem with your take or decision to not buy. Tbh it's not even my business.

I'm just saying that if dude was indeed let go and won't make a penny off your purchase, then there is no support to cancel really, no?

I'm sure if we dug hard enough we could at least one person in every gaming company or any large business who has views we don't agree with.
For me its mainly about the companies stance as a whole. If i found out they were using our money to support a questionable cause then i would be on your type of time. Or at minimum if the product it's self was promoting an idea i disagree with.

but to be on some, Greg in maintenance is a wife beater, therefore i am boycotting anything product he has ever maintained. is a kinda silly imo.

When you're not sorry you did the shyt, but really just sorry you got caught, it's not gonna slide with everybody. The thing is when the game was first shown last year during the state of play everyone was 100% positive on it based on the gameplay demonstration. It’s just as of recent everyone has tried making it a political stance to support or not support it now that we’re getting close to release.

The release period for this game is gonna be so damn annoying

The last game this studio made was Cars 2 by pixer. The only playable game i see in their catelog is Mortal Kombat 3 from back 1996.

So its a good chance this game might be trash regardless. but an open world harry potter game world is too tempting not to at least check out once. So we'll see. but buying it when its on sale might be a good idea.
