I have it, just didn't get to playing it. I heard the open world is boring too.

It's a nostalgia fulfillment for those of us who grew up when Harry Potter was taking the world by storm. Robust gameplay is secondary.

I've never watched a single Harry Potter movie or read any of the books and I still loved the gameplay and world building in this game

I enjoyed the gameplay and world building as well, but for the people expecting it to be a Rockstar, CDPR, or Bethesda style world, they'll be disappointed. For what it is (and I try to judge all games this way) I think it's outstanding.

Lol anybody expecting an IP based upon books for children to be that stimulating needs to go reassess some things

That's as bad as the people wanting nba 2k mycareer gta style to involve driving to the games, taking pictures with fans, and choosing whether or not to get ig hoes pregnant

Although it feels like 2K My Career has been headed in that direction ever since they had Spike Lee write the story back in '16

I don't think anyone who replied to you noticed/answered the most important part of your question so I will: If you can stomach literal 1-2+ minute loading screens every time you "fast" travel, aren't a stickler for high frame rate, and are a big enough fan of Harry Potter as an IP then yes, you should have a good time with it.

Is it really that bad? you dont make it nice at all. Are the graphics still decent and good? Aside from the loading time , is it fine?

It's about as good as it gets as far as last gen ports of modern games go; apparently you can unlock the 30 FPS cap too. But the loading times of last gen ports of modern gen games are generally always trash, if you're still on 10 year old consoles that's one of the prices you pay.

Grown men are hustling trying put food on the table and put the lights on not everyone can afford 700 dollar consoles thats several months groceries, the gaming industry has become a rich kids game, phasing out the working class. its a shame a ps4 owner cant enjoy games like this with all its graphics , same for the wukong as well.
