i find it odd that folks still follow this tired ass playbook in today's world. i find it weird that there is a street fabolous and a retail fabolous. and you wonder why fans don't take this genre seriously. you have artists openly admitting the stuff they put in stores is garbage. how can a customer support such an idea.

if its ingrained women are to follow men, why are you blaming women? you're dancing around the issue. if europeans are the number one consumers of hip hip, and music is made for female consumption, is it safe to presume that rappers, black males, are making music for white women to shake their nonexistent booties?

That mentality wasn't existent when the old school MCs dropped their greatest albums back in the 80s and 90s. Problem is, too many dudes these days cater to hoes all the fukking time and lose their spine as a MAN and want to get as much p*ssy as possible. When rappers started doing that shyt in the gold rush era of Hip Hop (1996-2008), a lot of them dropped a lot of sub-par to shytty material for that hot single and image based bullshyt. They may gain attention to the hoes, but a lot of hardcore Hip Hop supporters lost their trust in these rappers with they shytty albums,

I think so too. These rappers that refuse to stand up and show balls (n/h) against these execs is the reason why Hip Hop will never see another Ice Cube or another KRS. Too many of the rappers are scared of doing shyt their own way because it loses them fame and bytches.

Even the likes of DMX and MOP be making anthems that made everyone in the club go and and all the girls fall back. Not anyone. The club is a simp-filled place where prettyboys run that shyt and the "swag" nonsense is played often. Even the old southern joints like "Never Scared" was not made for hoes.
