Man I used to think bankruptcy meant people were down bad and couldn’t pay any bills…Someone on here a few years ago posted an article about how people who never filed bankruptcy usually ended up being more in debt than those who did. And that the stigma of filing bankruptcy was worse than the actual outcome and that wealthier people file them more often.
I don’t know a thing about PPP but isn’t someone like him one of the people that qualify as a sole proprietor who lost any show money? Or was that another thing? Like she’s putting him on blast and for all I know dude may be qualified.
No PPP is specifically for businesses with employees to keep their employees on payroll and not have to lay them off. If you were self-employed you could have gotten regular unemployment and I believe there were other business SBA loans. The people scamming PPP loans were creating fake payroll documentation and submitting that to get money for employees that never existed.

The whole reason you can’t discharge student loans in bankruptcy is doctors we’re using it to get out of medical school bills then living off cash for 7 years.
