What's funny is people saying "Why is it do difficult to invest" don't realise that the investments probably got him jammed up.

You keep the money in your account and buy meaningless trinkets, you're a fukking idiot still. Save some of that for a rainy day, but I digress.

Cash flow difficulties is usually the result of investments not paying for themselves. Guessing the pandemic mean he had to dip into his capital to cover some of his liabilities.

Bankruptcy is pretty much a means of restructuring debt. Gives him a bit of breathing room so that he can renegotiate payment plans in consideration of his current and expected income.
when people say invest they mean invest in safe low risk financial assets. Not money flipping schemes that you have no experience or knowledge of

This is why I find the topic amusing.

He may have invested in low risk assets. If that is the case, the purpose of the bankruptcy would be ensuring that he doesn't lose money on surrender charges when liquidating his assets.

These dudes never have not one person in their corner. No family, no close friends, nobody in they ear to help make financially sound decisions.:francis: At the same time, he a grown man, I have no sympathy.
nah he probably does. Hes probably just hard headed as fukk. shyt I got broke friends I try to steer in the right direction and that shyt doesn't work. Imagine trying to tell a "rich" nikka what to do with his funds or that maybe buying 3 mansions is a bad idea. He's gonna call you a hater and do it any way.

Gambling addiction, several adult dependents will do that to you. Give family that one time check to make life easier and keep it moving.

Give them $25,000 each , tell them to hop on the stock market and make it happen.
