Brehs I'm stuck. I am on the 2nd training mission where they want me to try and do it with no help

take it slow, and try to just observe the situation first. find the target, and observe where they go and what they do (in general their route tends to be a 'loop'). look for times you might be able to catch them alone
beyond that listen to conversations the npc's have, cause they can often unlock "opportunities". these tend to be more creative ways of completing your mission. I turned them off eventually, but I think they're good for new players, because they show you the kind of stuff you can do in the game
it's usually pretty easy to just kill your target. trying to find a creative and/or stealthy way to do it is the real challenge

I found a dope way to kill him on the 2nd mission.
I dressed up as the guy he was going to meet lol
On to Paris next time I play.
How does it work? Like how many targets per mission or location.
Not sure this episodic type gameplay will work
most missions have two targets, and sometimes another objective (get the documents, etc)
the episodic thing works because the levels are made for replayability. they're large open levels, with many different ways to complete your mission. and it's fun to see how those play out. plus by completing 'challenges' you unlock new items and spawn points for missions
there's also bonus missions, user-made contracts, and "Elusive Targets"
all the episodes are out now, so you can just play straight through the game. that's what I did before I went back to try other things... now I got 80 hours in this game

I wasn't sure if there would be other people on the catwalk so I buss that nikka.
Assignment was simplistic.

I takes no chances when I only have one chance.
Instincts didn't even work. The target didn't show up red when I had Instincts on so it was pretty useless. He still got shot to death.
I'm the only one on the coli fulfilling these contracts.
