I didn’t realize they were making the new james bond game...I hope it’s not just hitman in a 007 skin...there’s some things about the game that works well that should definitely be applicable to project 007 but I hope there are some things they change as well

this beach house mission in part 2 is tense

started off good/realistic when I was in the house and there was a reasonable amount of security to bypass before killing the chic but then escaping is when the game gets silly/ridiculously unrealistic

the beach was swarming with security and I hate the gaming mechanic of hiding in “tall” grass that a lot of games use...one dude looked me dead in my face and said “oh I think I see something” or something to that effect and I just shifted and all of a sudden he didn’t see anything lol...and somehow throwing a coin on the sand can distract someone to the point of radioing in he’s going to check the noise out even tho there’s a plethora of other security guards swarming a few feet away from him...and of course no one would notice if his radio goes silent...this was on professional setting btw not casual lol

if I wanted to act like a real hitman then I wouldn’t be traipsing about with a bar code tatted dead center in the middle of my head and there’d be more options to enter rooms/locations...nikka dead ass crawling thru windows in front of security after they turned him away from the entrance and they don’t say shyt but can make me out from across a crowded room in disguise lol...the game still is low key fun but lets not act like it’s some super realistic assassin simulator...dude just straight up climbed a big ass fence in front of 5-6 security guards and no one said/heard anything lol...I just coached a nikka into ejecting himself from a plane in a room full of guards and other mechanics and just did an about face and walked out like nothing happened without being stopped lol

What difficulty are you playing on?

I didnt experience any of that non sense in my playthroughs. Do any of that shyt on a higher difficulty and its an instant cover blown.

hitman 1 I think it was normal...whatever the default setting is and for hitman 2 I observed it was professional which is the default setting before I realized how to change it

Put it on hard and don't get so hung up trying to play the way you think the game wants you to play. The immersion really is up to you, if you're not feelin sneaking around in disguises, then try one of the many other approaches available in each scenario.

I mean the actual assassinations are up to you, that specific mission you're talking about is one of the few times the game makes you take a direct route to clear a level.

literally I’m not which is why you’ve tried a multitude of ways to discredit my experience...first it was my “immersion levels” lol...then the game setting wasn’t high enough...and now I need to record it...and when I do (cuz I’m bored so why not)...it’ll be another excuse...I don’t have a problem with you liking the game ftr (before folks take it there)...I’m just pointing out why I’m not digging it that much so far

ya I think I’m just jump into 3 without wasting my time on 1 and 2...they never really caught my interest enough to jump into it then so it doesn’t make sense forcing it now which is probably factoring into why I’m being so critical of it...with 3 the game looks so damn great that I’d be willing to suspend disbelief enough to enjoy it...it’s fukked up but true
