Most of us PC gamers played the first two on Steam. H3 is on Epic. IOI swore up and down that we'd be able to seamlessly bring in our progress from H1 and H2 via the IOI carryover because our progress, weapons, etc. were tracked via IOI, not through Steam.

You can guess how good that's going right now. All H3 preorders got H1 GOTY for free on Epic...except we can't download it. And we can't get any of our progress. And there's no word whatsoever about how the heck H2 progress from Steam is going to carry over to H3 on Epic. Everyone who is signing into IOI is getting an error message saying there's no H2 progress to be carried over. Of course, this could have all been avoided had H3 been released on Steam, but...

Hitman 2 with Hitman 1 levels was 125GB. Hitman 3 with the Hitman 1 and 2 Gold levels is ~60GB, I'm very happy with the file size.

The unlock keys for H1 GOTY and H2 Gold were simple from within Hitman 3. I never actually created an IOI account, so I can't transfer my H2 progress over. I guess I need to create an account, link Hitman 2 and then boot Hitman 3 and go through the importing process. I may not bother as I am going to play the trilogy from the beginning anyway.

*edit* IOI continues to fukk up! Feel free to play Hitman 2 again on Epic...if you want to pay between $8 and $20. IOI is "looking into" how to make sure we don't have to. PC gaming, I swear fo' GAWD...
