History always repeats itself. A $80K house in San Diego in the 80s was considered a housing crisis.

Get mad at me.. BLACK PEOPLE ARE RUNNERS!!!

My family home in Inglewood my parents had since the 70s value has enormously increased, as well as the other black people on the street who own they homes, since the rams and now the clippers moved to the city..the money they can get for it now is ridiculous

A lot of Black people in the 80s and 90s had a great opportunity to own homes in the neighborhoods and come together to fight off the criminals in our communities and build and own our homes, at a decent price, but as usual we run from our communities and run from the problems and don’t come together to get rid of the trash and build up our own businesses and we go straight to these white neighborhoods
Yup. I still think about the houses off Crenshaw/Van Ness and Century that were going for $300k-$400k back in 2018.

I couldn't believe people were selling knowing what was going to be built there.

Black people are runners and what’s scary is that they always think it’s a “good decision”.

So basically they going to run again when their new areas become expensive?

Nah this can’t keep happening these other group put down landmarks.

The Jewish neighborhoods in NY are gentrification proof no matter their income.
