I spent every Summer of my youth in Harlem and The Bronx with family, so Im pretty familiar with how NY get down
but in my entire life of East Coastin, I have NEVER heard anybody refer to weed as Tical.
I think with A LOT of slang, nikkas be making shyt up HOPING that it will catch on.
I remember one time I read an interview with E-40, where he was discussing doin it big when you got money, and he was talmbout how they be sky ballin. I was like
