To say Herc didn't make Shtit is just as goofy. Cause every single one off the original bboys were rocking at His parties. And Herc was the first to play certain break records.
fukk out my face with your leeching ass trying to give points to Herc

@IllmaticDelta has broken that myth down thru the years, infact i recall him debating you on that topic. And yet you still persist on pushing that Herc Break records myth

I clearly laid it out for you:dwillhuh:

EVERYONE played those records before Herc was known. Those were staples of the black music scene outside of what was played in the top 40 back then.

apache being played

hood disco vs mainstream disco

dj's everywhere played james brown/breakbeats. For example

RAPAMANIA: GRANDMASTER FLOWERS AND THE MOBILE DJ MOVEMENT by Steven Stancell

And Africa is owned by the chinese if not europeans.

that aint stopping some of yall from goin back

And will be owned by the Indians and Koreans soon too.

The Arabs already control like a good 20% of the continent.

Hell, Jamaica already on its way to becoming a Chinese penal colony thanks to the recent fukkery of the Jamaican gov’t and its dealings with China. Garvey’s prolly rolling in his grave right now.

I’d say James Brown/Ike Turner created rap. They created the break beats that made funk

Disco DJs made funk hip it the club scene that spread to the ghetto

The ghetto created a merger for both

the DJ pioneers created a hip hop scene. DJ Hollywood provided the rhymes, Melle Mel made it a hot song

During the same (70s) Jamaicans who were influenced by mo town branched off their own thing which created clashing/toasting/ sound systems that also shaped the hip hop culture. But we all know where it originated.
James/Ike who were influenced by the blues.

Beautiful end to the story

Nah, clashing/toasting comes from Detroit djs in the 40s and 50s. Count Matchuki the person who introduced toasting to Jamaica said that is where he got it from
