I have never seen an album get this much hype, and it's not even all that. It's okay don't get me wrong but the hype is at an all time high.
I agree it's overrated but it feels like a true album rather than a collection of songs. It's like a journey so I respect it. Sounds kinda like Jameriqua

It's 2015 and nikkas still don't understand what he was trying to accomplish with that verse? :snoop:
Hahahah. Open up your heart and accept Kendrick salvation, brehs.

It wasn't a diss. But he knew exactly what he was doing in his only line mentioning any of his peers in a song about being better than them...

Cats who want to argue "people don't understand" were also the same cats laughing it up at all the artists named while saying they can't respond because it wasn't a diss.

None of his peers said anything though. nikkas dikkriding. If it was that great Meek, Drake, Sean, Krit, etc would say something.

Well, they are scared of even challenging his new album because they will fall short. Both quality and sales wise.
You mean the dudes he mentioned on Control? :mjpls: Don't expect a response from them. Especially Meek or Drake.

Meek will probably call him a weirdo for speaking on black issues, but Meek would probably go to the club and brag about bodying black folks en masse. :mjpls:
please dont mention meek name in a kendrick lamar thread ever again :mjlol:.

these :trash: rappers about to start scrambling from this shift though :sas2:

These rappers are making their last dollars and making their last major tours now. Kendrick is out for blood and want to become an all-time great MC. When someone has that level of passion, they will stomp on anyone that doesn't respect quality or greatness.

Drakes run is really over now huh Brehs ? :francis:

I mean he might as well wait until 2016 to drop. How the hell can you drop another mediocre project after Kendrick broke down the buildingz in such epic fashion ?

Drake is probably :sadcam: all the time now. His mixtape is now not even talked about like that anymore. He probably knew that he can't match with young Kenny in the long run. He better go to acting and get away from the extortion.

Im hoping old and new artist wake up and follow Kendricks lead as far as music content and qualiy of the music. If they all can jump on the ring tone sound and simple dirty south chants im pretty sure they can rap about stuff thats more thought provoking.

"I'm in love with the co co"

but they are like :merchant: @ the change that is coming. They know they are finished.
