Zegna and Canali -These are the go to at many high end mens stores . Hi quality fabrics Italian cuts . In other words you will look like a bonified winner. Excellent for business and business causal. Canali and Zegna both have flagship stores all over the world.

I think that may be an over generalization. Especially when the customer chooses their own fabric. I would also think the craftsmanship would depend on the taylor.

This is what you have to understand , luxury suit brands and bespoke tailors use premium fabric mills like Holland and Sherry , Loro Plana, Scabal or Zegna (Zegna makes their own high end fabrics). Usually these fabrics have a very high thread count (140 or higher). Southeast Asia isn't known for producing this level of fabric and craftsmanship.

Although I hear good things about suits coming out of there don't think they have reach the level of the west.

Armani- A notch or two below Canali and Zegna. Standard issue for low level Mob guys leg breakers and bodyguards. It says you mean business. They are sleek well-designed and highly respected. Collectizone and Emporio are Armani's top lines.

My friend just came back from Thailand. He said he got 5 custom made suits while there. They should be here next week. He also got some custom shirts too and was very impressed.

Yeah you can get very cheap tailored suits mimicked in style of different designers and choose your own fabric
