There is a difference though. Biggie wasn't actively threatening people in songs, flashing guns at them, and all that. And Biggie's 'beef' was a much different situation. You could argue that he surrounded himself with the wrong people and was just used by those same people. He himself didn't set it all up. Even Tupac admitted that.

Also, there is a difference between singing 'Big Poppa' and singing a song that talks about killing other gang members.

lol @ you chosing Big Poppa is a comparable example when we all heard this..

UH-I flaming gats, aiming at, these fukking...
Maniacs put my name in raps--"support them"
Games dat
Like they hustle backwards
I smoke backwards, and Duchees
Ya can't touch me
Try to rush me
Slugs go, touchy-touchy
You're bleeding lovely, with you, spirit above me
or beneath me, your whole life you live sneaky
Now you rest eternally, sleepy, you burn when you creep me
Rest where the worms-n-the weak be
My nine flies, baptize, rap guys
With the holy ghost
I put holes in most, you hold your toast shakey
Slip-n-trying to break me
Look what you made me do, brains blew
My team in the Marine blew, six-coupe
Skiid it out, weeded out, clean it out
The block for distance is, given long kisses bytch

Oh you mean a song that came out after they were both dead?

I guess that song is the same as releasing a video flashing guns in your house saying you are going to kill Black Disciples and other rappers directly? When Biggie died people were not singing 'Long Kiss Goodnight' but they were singing 'Big Poppa'

He rapped that verse on Sway's show in Cali like 2 weeks before he died...He was also joking about Pac's death and being disrespectful and cocky...

Biggie was talking just as reckless as JoJo.. He was just more articulate and sneaky about it..And the natural progression of youtube and the crack baby generation explains flashing guns and being more direct and agressive.. The mentality was the same though...

Biggie was not talking just as reckless as Jojo at all. Please show me the video where he is flashing his guns, saying he is a 'blood killa' and calling people out by name.

As for him freestyling and then using the same lyrics in the song....thats never been done before

This aint shyt new man, nikkas been getting hype at funerals. I know most of the lil nikkas in this video, was in the area when they was out here on that tip on this day of the funeral of the lil hit squad nikka Taco...

Rip Taco(after the funeral) - YouTube

These Detroit nikkas been just as wild. This video from 06, these nikkas 6 years older and the ones who aint dead or in jail STILL out here on that tip. If you from round my way, you know bout the Squads....

Meant to make note of it earlier when I posted the video, but if you remember the story a few years back where the nikkas shot up the bus stop where a bunch of people were standing at in broad daylight, the nikka at :50 is the lil nikka who went down for that shyt. That was one of my lil dogs, I used to let them lil nikkas ride in my whip, blow heavy, all that good shyt. Lil nikkas just eventually wound up gett'n too hot, and I was older than the nikkas so I gradually left that shyt alone...But yeah, these lil nikkas hot then a sum'bytch. & these nikkas who ARE still out here, half of em you wouldn't find in the same general area, let alone the same room. This when everybody was still under one umbrella for the most part. When nikkas started branchin off, thats when all the bloodshed began. Ima do a real informative ass post or something on the backstory of neighborhood Detroit gangs in the 2000s. Everybody know bout the old shyt but the shyt these lil nikkas have done and participated in, shyt I know from first-hand accounts, would blow nikkas minds. These lil nikkas truly gives no fukks.
