I appreciate the memories he gave us as kids

But he's the one who ruined them (same goes for Cosby) and I'd prefer to never see him again

What u say off camera is actually how u really feel so no apologies can fix that

:manny:
Some psycho from 411 told me " How can u hate him for what he said about his kid in his home?" There's no filter. There is no reason to lie and he believes it in his heart and soul. He did a great job keeping it covered up all this time. Like I always say about drunks or people who drink and say something crazy..they mean it.

When white girls get drunk and flirt with u at 1am , that's the real THEM. The slick attitude is all just for their friends and people they hang around.

We all know Hogan would be back so nobody should be surprised or express outrage. Hogan is not like say Albert, Val Venis, Marty Jannity, etc. He was a HUGE part of pro wrestling not only in the 80s but late 90s too. As much as I dislike him, even before the tapes came out,his role in the business cannot be forgotten or minimized.

As long as he's not involved in angles and is strictly appearances for Wrestlemania fan access, autograph signings, Table For 3, etc I can tolerate it.

I wonder how the black wrestlers will react if they bring him back.

I know so many of the women were excited about the Fabulous Moolah battle royale but I genuinely believe a lot of them just didn’t know about how awful she was. And yeah, their boss is a Trump supporter and his wife is on the cabinet but the truth is, they probably feel really distant from the top. Kind of like how many of your bosses are probably Republican too but it’s not even something you think of.

This is different though because a. it’s Hogan who’s essentially the personification of the WWE for many and b. unfortunately, unlike Moolah, he’s not dead yet so he’ll be around the talent. He’ll be at shows, events, photo shoots, TV. Their place of employment will actively play a hand in rehabilitating the image of a bigot for money.

I’m sure the POC in that company already deal with flat out racism often. shyt they’re already limited to what they could ever accomplish just because of their race. But how much are they gonna take before realizing that what the WWE offers isn’t worth their dignity?

They may not all be rich but most of the black talent have been there for some time and I’d hope they have something to fall back on. I’d wager they have to have at least more than the average American. Enough to be comfortable.

As for wrestling, there are other feds who become more popular by the day where they can still do what they love and not be as overworked as they are now. If this cracker comes back, it will be the perfect time to jump ship. Don’t even warn them, just pull a CM Punk the day he comes back. The talent already has the built-in fan base. Social media makes it easier to follow peoples next moves and Young Bucks show that you can find channels to make money that you didn’t expect.

I feel like these men and women have the ability to really make some change.

Hogan coming back is bad publicity but that will dissipate in a few months.

Hogan coming back and talent quitting in protest? I feel that would really hurt the company and make a statement. Because it WILL catch on and it WILL blow up.

Idk. I just hope someone in the inside is fed up and does something.

Thats the most disappointing thing, the only people defending him are MAGA dudebro types who already have a fetish and longing for 80s Regan era America and instead of at least publicly apologising face to face with black social groups he started hanging out with these cats more (Peter Thiel ) and seeked comfort in them

Hogan was a childhood fav and I must admit I enjoyed his returns for strictly nostalgic purposes but until he does the right thing and publicly apologises to black folks to there and listen to THEM not have us to listen to him, its fukk Hoegan

I want to see it for fukkery purposes. In front of a live crowd to see if he gets booed or not and for how long.

He should be forced to join Titus Worldwide as their statistician's assistant.

He should come out at the end of WM to challenge the champ like at WM9 and get squashed. Maybe Roman will finally get cheered this way.

My original idea was to have him come back at raw 25 begin to cut an apology promo but get interrupted and beat up by all the black wrestlers and legends one by one. And then a pause for a minute with Hogan laid out and Ron Simmons comes out and says ":gucci:......:dahell:......... DAMN :wow:"

I think they'll be a quiet divide amongst black wrestlers about it in the locker room. Some will just shake their heads and others will say whatever, it dont affect me. Either way I think they'll be a general apathy, Which is sad all around
The biggest thing he's not an active roster talent, even as a brand ambassador he was sporadic so they probably wont say nothing. And I have to believe they'd be stupid to bring him back as a lead ambassador. He'll be one of hundreds of guys on legends contracts who do the Mania autographs, have the figure and video game royaties and the occasional call up for a Raw backstage thing but thats it.

I thought it was telling in WWE's statement that they basically mentioned working on his issues, meaning he'll probably do a public seminar with civil rights groups but like really safe ineffective ones. Hogan's a fukking disingenuine worker who knows how to work a crowd, so I could totally seeing him doing some bullshyt WWE meets NAACP seminar over Summerslam weekend and basically cutting a promo at it saying "he had to check himself " and people thinking he's being for real

But remember he could have done this on his own after he got fired and instead ran to the MAGA crowd and hung around those types since he got fired cause they took him in.
