The biggest mistake women make is thinking they can "spot train".. Lose that mentalitiy completely.

Your natural body is your natural body.

My advice is to train like a man. Women tend to want to avoid whats harder for them generally (and thats weight lifting).

I'm afraid of becoming too defined, AND becoming skinnier. Right now I'm flesh and grissle, but if I start working out everything will be smaller because muscle is smaller and tighter than fat.

Squats for the lower half; some skip rope for cardio, that may just do the trick. What is your current diet? Current body?

And you better not be a damn transtesticle poster.

Too defined does not happen for women unless they are taking "suppliments" are they are the rare ones who are genetically predisposed.


Which, from what you described, you are not genetically predisposed.

You won't become defined easily. Remember you're a female so don't have testorone like a male would have.
That first book Thinner, Lean, Stronger has an excellent diet plan for bulking. No steak 3x a day either. I am talking real sound diets.

The chick in my avi is a good example of workingout and still being feminine.

She is a doctor here in houston, and has an in shape feminine body, she works out for that body

Aight so, I'm five foot eight, one hundred and nine pounds. My measurements are 33/25/36 and I'd like them to be 33/24/37 at least. I don't know jackshyt about exercising and I'm not changing my diet because I don't want to lose any weight or bulk up. I'm doing this solely for aesthetics/modeling. I was looking at that weird body building site but I don't trust them :( Anyway please help :feedme:

Join a legitimate kickboxing or muay thai school.

3rd - eat beef and drink milk
